K.M. REFAUL EHSAN

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Ehsan is the founder Chairman and CEO of Xino. He is an accomplished consultant by profession having twenty plus years of industry experience in Project Management & Implementation, Information Technology, Data Management and International Trade & Business. He holds PMP certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) and actively involve at PMI Bangladesh Chapter holding a voluntary director position in professional Development Portfolio.

MOHAMMAD ARAFAT RAHMAN

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Rahman is the founder Director and COO of Xino.About 17 years of professional experience in research and consulting in diverse sector with commendable expertise on IT and Development sector specially in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). He has considerable expertise in database design, programming, data entry and data analysis, and designed & developed a number of training modules,
materials and hand-outs in those relevant fields.

SELIM REZA

Technical director

Mr. Reza is has more than 30 years of proven local and international experience working with multi-dimensional fields. He has experience in working with various powerful mapping and analytic platform designed for exploring information and sharing location-based insight such ESRI based and Open Sources. Alongside Bangladesh he has also worked internationally namely Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Guinea-Bissau.

PROF. DR. A. M. MUAZZAM HUSAIN

Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A & M University (USA), 1964, B. A. (Hon) and M. A. in Economics, Dhaka University, in 1957 and 1958 respectively. Has extensive experience as a pioneer in fields of agricultural and rural development research in Bangladesh. Conducted several policy research studies in different development areas including micro-finance, agricultural development and poverty reduction. Directed several impact assessment, evaluation, baseline and feasibility studies.

DR. MIZANUR RAHMAN

Dr. Rahman working in humanitarian, emergency and development sector since last 35 years as Regional Coordinator- East Africa, Country Director, Director Programs, Director- Program Development & Knowledge Management, Director- Strategic Planning, Chief Technical Adviser, Regional Adviser with UNDP, USAID, OFDA, DFID, DEC, CAFOD, OFDA, BPRM, IFDC, ICARDA, UNICEF, ECHO, CEC, EU, World Bank, ADB, Baby Sager Foundation, Bill Gates & Melinda Foundation, IRC, ARC, IMC, OXFAM, CONCERN in different countries in Asia, Pacific, Africa, MENA (Middle East & North Africa Region) and Eastern Europe including Arab region.
