Responsibilities
- User Experience (UX): Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Interface Design (UI): Design pixel-perfect screens for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent visual language.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, including UI kits, icon libraries, and typography guidelines.
- Hand-off: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the final product matches the approved designs perfectly.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and typography.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and responsive design principles.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of design projects (Behance, Dribbble, or a personal website) is mandatory.
