Responsibilities
- Develop & Customize: Build and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, custom PHP, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Design Conversion: Transform Figma, Adobe XD, or image mockups into high-performance web pages with “pixel-perfect” accuracy.
- Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, styling inconsistencies, and plugin conflicts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Web Development.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- WordPress Expertise: Deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, including custom theme/plugin customization and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery).
- Frameworks: Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Tools: Experience with WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and Contact Form 7.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
